1. Description and Scope of Service
ProcureOS is a technology platform that intelligently matches buyers and suppliers via the AI-based AIP-103+ protocol. The platform provides autonomous trade networks and data analytics services.
2. License for Use
ProcureOS grants users a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the platform for managing commercial procurement processes. Copying the platform via reverse engineering or accessing the source code is prohibited.
3. Data Privacy and Security
User data is protected with military-grade AES-256 encryption and a Zero-Trust architecture. Pricing strategies and stock information are only visible to matched authorized buyers/agents.
4. Limitation of Liability
ProcureOS cannot be held directly responsible for commercial disputes between matched parties or disruptions in logistics processes. As a technology provider, the platform makes its best efforts to guarantee matching accuracy.
