3. Right to Delete

You may request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions related to transaction integrity and audit logs.

4. Right to Opt-Out

ProcureOS does not sell personal information for monetary value. However, we provide an opt-out mechanism for any data processing that may be construed as a 'sale' or 'share' under CCPA.

5. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against any user for exercising their CCPA rights, including denying services or providing a different level of quality.
