1. Identity of Data Controller

ProcureOS Technology A.Ş. acts as the Data Controller under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

2. Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed for the purposes of establishing commercial matches, verifying corporate identities, and fulfilling legal obligations.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Data may be transferred to domestic or international partners, logistics providers, and authorized public institutions within the scope of KVKK articles 8 and 9.

4. Collection Method

Data is collected via digital forms, API integrations, and system logs during the registration and transaction processes.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Data subjects have the right to learn if their data is processed, request information, request correction, or request deletion as per Article 11 of the KVKK.
