Sales Agreement

1. Parties
This agreement is between ProcureOS (Seller) and the corporate entity or developer (Buyer) utilizing the platform's paid services.
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject is the digital delivery of procurement matching quotas and access to the AIP-103+ autonomous network.
3. Price and Payment
Service fees are specified on the Pricing page and include all applicable digital taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery of Service
Service is delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation through the digital allocation of quotas to the Buyer's account.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the digital nature of the services and instant quota allocation, the right of withdrawal is limited once the service has been partially or fully utilized.
