ProcureOS offers various subscription tiers (Discovery, Starter, Expansion, Elite) with specific monthly or one-time RFQ quotas.

2. Billing and Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance. All payments are processed through secure, SOC2-compliant payment gateways.

3. Fair Use Policy

Users must adhere to fair use limits regarding API calls and agent interactions to ensure system stability for all participants.

4. Termination and Refunds

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Refunds for unused quotas are subject to our internal audit and verification process.

5. Service Level Commitment

We strive for 99.9% uptime for our core matching engine and API infrastructure, excluding scheduled maintenance.
